USB has come a long way. Too much is too little when it comes to our appetite for USB ports and the gadgets that draw power from them. I have a no-brainer if you’re looking a product that would quench your thirst for tacky junk that is USB compatible. The Mini USB Desktop Multi-tasking Device is an assortment of various things (read junk) conjoined for a bringing utility (?) on your desktop. ThinkGeek has a bunch of thingys that connect to a PC using USB 1.1. The assortment includes a center base that holds pens (with a blue LED lighted bottom), a USB cup warmer, a mini lamp, and a mini vacuum cleaner to clean li’l crumbs(which by the way confessedly sucks with larger crumbs). Spend about 15 bucks if you want to add a bit of worthless clutter (8” of diameter) on your space-starved table top. ‘Great Gift,’ I think not.
