An Anthologie Quartett special, this lamp really makes heads turn and astonish one and all with its ingenuity. Christened ‘Leave the light on’, the lamp gives the impression of a matchstick left burning. Of course that has to be to effect the designer wants to have which is wonderful because honestly, I’m a little tired of people coming up with the same kinda lamps all the time. Of course the lamp is also quite magical and different in that it is basically a highly stylized oil lamp, a species that’s quickly becoming a rarity, with the wick just at the edge of the “burnt” match stick which continues to pour forth the magnificent warm, clear glow that only a traditional lamp can give off!
