Programmable Coffee Maker from Melitta
Gabriel A | Jun 19 2008

Programmable coffee makers are one the niftiest products we have around. It is just like having an alarm clock, except this kind of clock wakes up before you do to prepare your morning drink fresh for when you wake up. However, the weather report on the ME1MSB seems a little extraneous, considering how easy it is to access weather information from a wide variety of devices. Chances are if you can shell out $190 for a coffee maker, then you can already afford a decent PDA to check your weather, and other information on the go. However, some might appreciate its other features such as an auto heating plate that turns off when the jug is lifted, and a pause button to stop the brewing so one doesn’t have to wait till the end of the cycle to pour coffee.
