Designed for the Real Limited project by Mischer’Traxler, the theme for the Limited Moths lighting is inspired by endangered species that are transformed into limited edition products. The Limited Moths lighting lamp features huge swarm of rare Austrian moth species (marumba quercus) in copper that are flying towards the light bulb and some moths are placed randomly on the wall. The copper moths are numbered that represents one moth left in reality. The unique lighting was featured at the Brainport Eindhoven-show ‘Jewels and Joules’ in Milan.
