Renowned company Honeywell has come up with yet another smart television for your home. The next huge-ass 82″ 1080p LCD-MT-HWGWT8218AM will take over your living room - totally!


What’s different? The competing LCD producers like Sharp and Samsung have already shown off their 82″ size, but neither promised to product true HDTVs for public consumption just yet. Honeywell better known for top secret government contracts is really licensing its all-American name to the Taiwan-based Soyo to produce the 300-pound monster of a TV set. Features include 120Hz motion-blur reduction, a 178-degree viewing angle, 3 HDMI inputs and a stated dynamic contrast ratio of 120,000:1.

Price and availability: No word on price yet but looks like it won’t be easy on your pockets and is scheduled to hit the US market shelves this year.
