Guess what! You can suit save your money on expensive dry-cleaner to get a spick and span business suit. In Japan, suits capable of being washed in the shower without ironing afterwards, has just gone on sale. Branded as the ‘Shower Clean’ line of suits, one only need to turn the suit inside out and spray hot water. Your suit is sanitised instantly. The suits are selling from anywhere between $250 to $500 and the Japanese clothing company, Konaka, is hoping to capture a consumer base consisting of college graduates who would need suits when going through their job interviews. This new range of Japanese suits seems useful even for a frequent flyer who hardly has time to get his suit dry-cleaned before flying off for his next business meeting or deal.
Konaka is however not the only company to launch this convenient mode of washing business suits. Early in December, it was reported that even an Australian-designed men’s business suit would be released in the market by early next year. The creators behind this is Australian Wool Innovation Limited, the group responsible for marketing and promoting Australian wool growers. With New Years round the corner, you don’t have to worry about puking on yr new business suit if you over drink. After all, all you need to do is head straight to your bathroom and have a bath along with your suit.
