Designers Pascal Tarabay and Nikolas Koronis in collaboration with Philippe Bestenheider, Hong Kheng Hin, Kim Ji Hyun and Yang Weijie have come a stylishly green lamp that brightens up your home and is not too heavy on your pockets. Dubbed the Earth Lamp, it’s a cool round shaped lighting system that needs to be punched with a chisel that gets illuminated and brightens up the room. Each time you punch the ball, you realize how much you’re hurting the planet. The more you consume power the more you hurt the planet and less power consumption means less pain. In a nutshell, it’s a smart lamp that makes people aware of their energy consumption!
