This is an interesting piece by designer Fredrik Paulsen, this magazine rack is designed to be shaped like a tree which seems a bit odd considering the fact that it’s been painted white. Crafted from high pressure laminate, the tree comes as a do it yourself kit, which is great if you move around a lot or change your interiors frequently. Their slightly cartoon like appearance make them perfect for a children library, but function just as well in a hotel foyer or in your own home. Innovative and practical, this is a good addition to your home, if you like it of course.

The design seems to be making good use of the available space. Vertical compartments would make it too tall, so branching it out like a tree can give more usable space even with small size.. I think this is great design.
Yeah it’s very cool. I hope it comes in a variety of colors though. Would really like to have a green or perhaps brown one instead of the white. The other really cool thing about it is the portability. I love DIY sets!
